Boca Raton, Fla., June 17, 2014 — ABC Global Services today announces a partnership with Emergency Travel Services (ETS) to provide ABC 24/7™, an after-hours service to ensure ABC clients always are on call to meet travelers’ needs.

Through this partnership, ABC’s clients—which include travel agencies and corporate travel departments—can access Emergency Travel Service’s industry-leading 24-hour call center travel service to supplement their own services. The call center enables clients to offer both after-hours services to handle emergencies and overflow services for times when they are short-staffed or are handling large booking volumes.

Travelers increasingly expect their agencies to be available immediately when they need assistance and ABC 24/7™ will be a valuable asset even to those agencies that already have a call center service. Through ETS, ABC will offer a superior level of service, with a strong roster of core services, including a VIP service, daytime rollover service and flexible reporting.

Based in New Haven, Conn., Emergency Travel Service (ETS) has been in operation since 1996 and brings a customized approach to after-hours travel based on the premise that they are a seamless extension of an agency’s daytime services. They use proprietary software, ETS Smart Pop, that quickly and accurately provides to its agents data needed to access their information and handle their calls. The ETS call center team is USA based and average more than 20 years of travel industry experience with a commitment to providing superior service, multi-lingual capabilities and proficiency across multiple global distribution systems.

ABC 24/7™ will be offered in addition to all the other tools and services ABC has developed for its clients. ABC also just launched ABC Global e-Travel Alerts, a Duty of Care product that keeps clients informed of potential travel disruptions that arise around the globe, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes and health warnings. With ABC Global e-Travel Alerts, clients get updates of this critical information three times daily and clients also may opt for premium services that include late-breaking news alerts and traveler tracking and monitoring.

“Offered at highly competitive pricing with a “Simple Fee” structure, ABC 24/7™ is an invaluable asset for our clients,” ABC Global Services CEO Eric Altschul said. “ABC Global Services is proud to announce this partnership as the latest example of our commitment to provide our clients with quality, best-of-breed services that enhance their ability to meet their customers’ needs. Alongside our other products, including ABC Global e-Travel Alerts, we are empowering our clients to develop high-touch, around-the-clock services that keep their travelers satisfied and, more importantly, safe.”
