They have a dedicated team which tailors traveler’s experience, handling villa selection, activity planning, services, and excursions. Plus, they provide a 24/7 emergency travel line for peace of mind, ready to assist in any travel-related emergency.
It’s easy to find a great property for your clients – just search our collection of luxury villas by location, guests, and budget. When you find the right property simply inquire by phone or email. Make sure to let us know you’re a travel advisor and to identify your clients’ names so we know if they contact us themselves. A Reservations Manager will be in touch to take you through the booking process.
A Reservations Manager will confirm availability, rates and your commission amount. We will advise you of any additional fees or charges that your clients will incur, like security deposits, cleaning fees, gratuities, etc. You can then give your customers the complete final price for their stay.
When you’re ready to book a luxury villa we’ll provide you with a rental agreement. Once that is signed we can reserve the property for your clients’ dates. 50% of the rental amount is paid upon booking with the remaining 50% remitted 60 days prior to travel. Additional concierge services purchased are payable 60 days before travel as well.
Payments are usually made by wire transfer, certified check or credit card. Typically, the traveler will pay us directly for the rental and we will pay your commission to you directly.
