** Tour suppliers cannot cancel a reservation on their own. If a cancellation is needed, it must go through Civitatis’ Customer Service Team, who will explore all possible alternatives first, cancellation is only ever used as a last resort.

How to Get Started:
Register your agency account here
- Fill in your agency details and create your login credentials (username/password)
- Registration must be created with an agency email, personal emails are not accepted
- Approval typically takes 24–48 business hours
- You’ll receive a welcome/activation email once approved
- Then log in to the Civitatis Pro Portal to start quoting/booking
(Registration is handled at the agency level. The agency admin will give access to each agent.)
